”We have a vacancy which deal mainly with the site supervision (Sofitel Hotel) and conception.

Our conditions is as follows:
1. Salary: Euro 1,000 per month which is equivalent to a local architect
2. A second hand car will be provided free of charge + a travelling allowance of Euro 125 per month for petrol.
3. A lodging free of charge will be provided but electrical, water and telephone bills will be paid by you.
4. You will be given return tickets (economy class) to your country in December for 3 weeks holidays.
5. You will be paid the air fares (economy class) to go back to your country at the expiry of your contract.
6. Normal working hours is:
Weekdays - 8h30 to 16h30 with half hour lunch at noon.
Saturdays - 9h00 to 11h30
No overtime is paid.
7. All other working conditions will be as per Labour Law in force in Mauritius. You will not do any private work or work for anybody else apart from Lampotang & Siew Architects. You will work on any project assigned to you by Lampotang & Siew.
